Baby 3 months | Leana update

And that's three! This is going way too fast!

My baby is 3 months old and we made our first family trip and I picked out all the clothes that were too small…

Time for a new Leana update.

First walk

The month of July flew by in my opinion. No one will have missed the fact that it was scorching hot for most of this month. Fortunately, Leana did not seem to be bothered by this and our house remains reasonably cool due to the aircondition. I especially kept her indoors when the weather was too hot. Because it cooled a bit in the evening, we decided to take a walk into town and have a drink there with our fresh new baby. For the first time we celebrated Leana's birth together. It has its advantages and disadvantages to live close to the center city. One of the advantages is that you can walk from your house to the center. On the way home, Leana immediately fell asleep. I had expected that she might be a bit irritable in the evening from all those impressions and new things she discovered, but nothing could be further from the truth. And so our first walk through town went in the books as a success!

Happy baby

Little has changed in terms of bottle schedule. Leana drinks about 5 to 6 bottles a day of 150 ml water with 5 scoops of nutrition. I do notice that she is already starting to feel the need for more, so we will be increasing the quantities per bottle in the near future. Usually she gets the last bottle around 11 p.m. and then sleeps until about 7 a.m. In fact, she's never awake at night, so we can close our hands. Meanwhile, Leana is babbling and chatting, she also likes to laugh. It is just a very relaxed and happy baby, so nice! She's always smiling and giggling, she is already reaching for toys when we hold them in front of her and her feet are already in the air. It is time we started using the baby gym that we got from her godfather. In the meantime, we enjoy it to the full, although I think it all feels too fast! I hang out the mamarazzi every day because I don't want to miss a single moment of her life, so I will soon start filling her first photo album! The sizes 50 and 56 are really getting to small so we changed them with size 62 and 68. We pack the to small clothes into a box and put it in the attic until someone from the family or friends is expecting a baby so we could pass everything.
