Safe co-sleeping

Safe Co-sleeping is understood to mean sleeping together in the same room. Several studies have shown that it is very good for babies to sleep close to their parents. It seems that when the child hears the parents breathe, cough or turn, it is stimulated to keep breathing on its own. This reduces the risk of cot death! Cot death is my biggest fear in this early phase, so this fact made me happy to opt for co-sleeping.
